Lack of posts...lack of motivation...also dating life drama not ready to discuss just yet...
But an interesting topic I've had in my list is how guys will use deceiving photos on dating apps. Listen - girls do it too.
I used the term "hatfished" because it's one of many I've seen often. You know...the guys who have hats on in most of pics but then you find out in person or later on in their profile from another pic they look totally different without the hat. Like they might be hiding a bad hairline. Or a mullet. Let me go on record here...a bald man is sooooo fucking hot. I don't mean balding as in they are holding on to the last three strands and combing it over. Shave that shit. Embrace the baldness. A shaved head is hot (um hello Charlie Paulson from Goldfinger). And omg if he has a beard too?! Holy fuck...move out da way.
There's also the guys using pics from 10 years ago. And you can clearly tell it's an old pic. What do you look like NOW? Not in high school or college (men over 40 ahem).
Another one that gets me are the profiles where they have a full on beard (not scruff, I mean a beard beard) in one pic and are totally clean shaven in another. Which one is it man?! Don't tease me with your beard? I mean as Lizzo says, "I like a big beard, I like a clean face," but dang I need to know what it is now (because let's be honest, some bearded guys do not look good with a clean face). I mean a guy who loves long hair and saw all my pics with my hair down to my ass would be surprised and prob disappointed if I showed up with a pixie cut.
I think it all comes down to what I was saying in my last post. Be real. Be you. Be honest. Like I said in my last post, I'm chubby, curvy, whatever term society currently wants to call my little meatball ass. I post full body pics in my profile when I'm on the apps and recent ones so there is no surprise when a guy meets me face to face. What you see is what you get.
Totally agree with you. When someone doesn’t post a recent, accurate picture, it just reeks of suspicion and that’s no way to start a relationship. By the way, I think the word you might be looking for to describe yourself is “striking.” Go on with your sexy, bad a$$ self now 💃🏻
